My name is Andru Sandu-Capră and I am an attorney registered with the Bucharest Bar since 2012, as well as an intellectual property advisor in trademarks and protected geographical indications since 2023.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work for several firms, to interract with various clients and to gain experience in a vast array of projects, both in the field of consultancy and in that of litigation and arbitration. I have also tried to go through a process of continuous professional development, in order to gain or improve all of those qualities which form a good attorney, from theoretical knowlegde to a practical understanding of the situations through which the clients are going through to the interactions with the clients or with courts of law or arbitration.
My hope is that, in our future collaboration, I will always be able to explain even the most complex legal problems in layman’s terms, to understand your business and what suits you not only from a legal standpoint, but from an economic standpoint as well and, last but not least, to provide you with an attorney fee with a predictable level.
